Rupal Shah

RB_2I would like to give you a brief idea of the vision and philosophy of our centre: ‘Exploring Hub Early Learning Centre’

I, Rupal Shah and my husband Kartik Shah are the directors of this new centre. We have two beautiful girls. One is in high school, the other is currently working at Exploring Hub with me. I hold Bachelor of Early Childhood teaching as well as Masters of Teaching in Primary Qualification from Australian Catholic University and have 15 years of experience in teaching.

As an individual with exceptional understanding of early childcare needs and education systems, I understand how important it is to supervise staff where little children are concerned and have the necessary know-how of procedures that ensure safe and outstanding day-care activities. Earlier, I used to work as a preschool teacher at a beautiful highly accredited child care centre in Lane Cove. With my excellent aptitude in understanding and handling children, I used to run my preschool program. I held the capacity to work in a collaborative environment and possessed a demonstrated proficiency in organizational planning.
I assure you that my education, experience and skills would help add professionalism to this centre. I am confident that this centre will exceed the requirements of the National Quality Framework. The NQF rates Centres on these areas:

Educational program and practice
Children’s health and safety
Physical environment
Staffing arrangements
Relationships with children
Collaborative partnerships with families and communities
Leadership and service management

The Centre provides above child staff ratios, staff who are highly experienced and committed educators. The staff will work with you and value your partnership with us. We will encourage you to be actively involved in your child’s education and care.
We sincerely hope that you and your child/children will enjoy being part of this vibrant, high quality education and care environment and that you enjoy your association with Exploring Hub Early Learning Centre.
