Child Care Subsidy

Child Care Subsidy Helps with child care costs such as long, family or occasional daycare, outside school hour care, vacation care, pre-school, and kindergarten for eligible parents and guardians.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Use approved or registered child care
• You are responsible for paying the child care fees for
• Your child is immunised (or on an immunisation catch-up schedule) or is exempt from the immunisation requirements meet the residency requirements

Once you have enrolled your child with a Child Care Subsidy approved child care centre, you can apply online for Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate, through the Department of Human Services online Services site.
